Sizing
To ensure a perfect knee and elbow pad fit, measure the circumference of the extended knee and elbow and match them to the sizes listed below.

• XS: Knee - 11-13" / Elbow - 6-8"
• S/M: Knee - 13-15 / Elbow - 8-10"
• L/XL: Knee - 15-17 / Elbow - 10-12"
