What is it?
Skate Shop Day is when the Skateboard community celebrates the skate shops, as well as the culture hubs of Skateboarding and the foundations of every Skate scene. Skate Shop Day is meant to get Skaters into the shops to show the love that they deserve. As a community, we support skate shops every day but we truly celebrate them on Skate Shop Day, which takes place on February 18th

The beauty of this day and age is that we now have a Skate shop in our pocket with easy access. Don’t have a shop near you? Go to the website of any Skate shop on the planet and order anything from Skate Clothes to Skateboard Decks. Take a browse and have a shop at SkateHut online.
Why should I care about Skate Shop Day?
The Skateshop can be the starting point of your Skateboarding journey. The cool thing about Skateboarding is that you can find a Skate shop / Skate scene in whatever town you are in. The culture of Skateboarding comes with its own slang that everyone understands all over the world. It’s a global community, a secret society that we are all a part of.
What's happening Skate Shop Day 2023?
This year Skate shop day collabed with DLX for limited edition boards. The decks come in 3 sizes but limited numbers. Also, we have 2 limited edition surprise decks in store for you to get your hands on. The surprise decks come in a black bag and will be first come first served when they are gone they are gone.
If you come into the HQ shop on Saturday and go to the counter, remember to say the password “All Hail Cardiel” in order to win from the raffle prizes, which includes 2 Santa Cruz Decks and Rampage Scooters amongst other things.
