Learn Skateboard Tricks Under 1 Minute - Nollie Frontside Pop Shuvit - SkateHut

This trick is a mirror of a Frontside Pop Shove-it, the difference being that you will be snapping from nollie stance.

STEP 1: Ride in a nollie stance. Your front foot is on the nose, rear foot toe is hanging over slightly.

STEP 2: Snap down with your front leg and spin the board shove‑it style.

STEP 3: When the board completes a 180 degree spin, catch it and land.

Top Three Skateboard Tricks

Pop Shuv it Tail grab

DIFFICULTY: Medium

*Before trying this trick I would have regular Pop Shoves on lock.

FOOT POSITIONING: Have your front foot a bit lower down your Skateboard Deck than your usual pop shove position, just for more pop.

STEP 1: As you're about to pop your tail, have your hand above the tail and make sure your hand is low so it's easier to grab the tail.

STEP 2: When you pop your tail, your hand should be close to the tail already and all you'll have to do is dip your hand a bit more down and simply grab it.

Switch front foot impossible

DIFFICULTY: Hard

*Before trying this trick I recommend learning an Impossible first.

FOOT POSITIONING: start in a switch stance with back foot on the edge of the nose with the toe of your foot pointing backwards and front foot sits over the front bolts. Having your front foot closer to the tail helps with the impossible motion.

STEP 1: You will need to pop the board so start by giving a scoop in the front side motion, doing this helps to initiate the spin.

STEP 2: Since your board already has the momentum going in the front side direction and the back foot has already done a lot of the work, your front foot doesn't have to do much more than a little flick to maintain that motion and get the board to stick to the bottom of your foot. (if done properly you should be able to feel the board wrap around the inside and top of your front foot.)

STEP 3: Now all you have to do is plant that foot down and bring your back foot back down onto the board to roll away properly

Nollie 360 Pop Shuv-it

DIFFICULTY: Medium

*You must have your nollie shuvits unlocked

FOOT POSITIONING: Riding nollie, with your front foot a little more to the toeside of the nose.

STEP 1: Start riding nollie, Crouch down just a little and get ready to shove the board. This means you can already put some pressure on the toeside of the nose. Shove the board mainly with your front foot, and guide it a little with your back foot.

STEP 2: Give the board some room to make the 360 rotation.

STEP 3: Catch the board with both feet to land.
