EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Items purchased from 1st October 2023 can be returned up until 15th January 2024.
Customers have 30 days to return for a full refund (as per our regular returns policy).
Items returned after 30 days and up until 15th January 2024 will be credited with a SkateHut Gift Voucher to the original email address.
Returned items must be UNUSED and in pristine condition with no labels/tape on the original packaging to be eligible.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Note down your order number, email address and why you are returning onto a piece of paper.
2. Pack your item and ship
Returns from the EU are at the customer's own cost, so check which courier or postal service is the best for you.
Make sure your item is unused with its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition otherwise the return may not be accepted.
Items returned should have no labels/tape or ink on the product packaging in order to be eligible for a refund
3. Post your item
Thats it! Returns are usually processed within a few days but can take upto a maximum of 7 working week days.
December, January and February can take up to 14 working week days.
EXISTING RETURN PROGRESS
To check the progress of an existing return once it is delivered back to us please LOG IN to your account.
Go to VIEW ORDER (on the right-hand side of the page), Click RETURN, scroll down to RMA REQUEST CREATION NUMBER eg #00044, Click on RMA NUMBER
OUR POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy should you wish to return any UNUSED item(s). *

Processing time for returns once received back at SkateHut is 7 working days. This can be up to 14 working days during the Christmas period.
Refunds will be the value of the item's basket checkout amount.
Customers have 30 days from original purchase date to return items for a full refund (as per our standard returns policy).
REFUND
All SkateHut returns within 30 days will be refunded. We do not offer exchanges. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return cost.

RETURNS FORM
You can simply include a note with your Order ID, the item(s) you are returning and any details you may want to make us aware of. Should you prefer to use our pre-made form, you can download it here
No printer? Alternatively, you can write your customer order number and the information about the item(s) on a piece of paper and include it with the parcel as mentioned above.
Please ensure your Order Number is always added as we will need it to locate your details.
PACKAGE
All items being returned must be within 30 days from the date of delivery and be UNUSED and complete, including original packaging.
Please ensure you protect the parcel well for its journey back to us.
Please do not place labels or tape on the actual item, it's box or wrapping.
SEND
Send it in the post.
Please note that delivery costs must be covered by you unless the item is faulty. If there is a fault, please see our FAQ's
Please keep your returns tracking reference safe for future reference. See below for further details on returning your item.
REWARD POINTS?
To use our FREE returns service and receive extra Reward Points for our Economy Delivery Service, please opt for Reward Points instead of a full refund. Once returned, we will credit your SkateHut Account with Reward Points to the value of your returned item AND the cost of our Economy Delivery Charge (£3.95) which you can use towards a future purchase with us.
Simply spend your Reward Points at the checkout to easily purchase your new required item.
If you do not have an account with us, you will be unable to use this service. However, you can quickly create one prior to posting your return back to us. Customer returns without an account will be automatically refunded.

REFUND
All SkateHut returns will be refunded. We do not offer exchanges. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return cost which will be deducted from the refund if you use our returns label.
